Copper Mountain Mine

Copper Mountain selected Gisborne, as the General Works Contractor to install all building and equipment foundations, erect equipment support steel, install all machinery and components,  and install all process piping. Gisborne erected and provided operators for an on-site concrete batch plant for the foundation work and overcame extreme weather conditions to enable large continuous concrete pours. Gisborne provided precise accuracy for installation of the large diameter SAG and Ball Mills. Copper Mountain has utilized some of the largest components, worldwide, for their flotation circuits and Gisborne is providing the expert installation.
